Zoning Department

The Zoning Department is responsible for all zoning issues and the issuance of building permits. Our Zoning Officer, Kathy Stover, and Zoning Site Inspector, David Long, take care of pre-construction stake out inspections and a final inspection when the construction is completed.

During construction, individual inspections, as required by the Building Code, are performed by Keystone Municipal Services. This firm was hired as a sub-contractor to do all inspections for Haycock Township.
