Office of the Secretary / Treasurer

The Secretary and Treasurer of Haycock Township is Chris Bauer. Chris has been in this busy position since 2016. Chris started with the Township in 2002, previously holding the positions of Road Foreman and Administrative Assistant before that. Chris is also the Elected Tax Collector. Very dedicated to his job and Haycock Township, he is responsible for, among other things, all the financial transactions, meeting minutes, coordination of the agenda and materials needed for meetings, subdivisions, interacting with the media, and acting as a laison between the Supervisors and the Township engineers and solicitor among other contacts. He also takes care of all the technology related issues and assists with the Zoning Department and on the Road Department as needed.

Chris is a 2021 graduate of the Pa. Municipal Government Acadamy and is a Certified Zoning Officer with the Pa. Association of Zoning Officials.

Born and raised in Haycock, Chris enjoys technology, working around his house in Haycock and enjoying time with his fiancé. He also loves camping and taking cruise vacations to the Caribbean.

he is available in the office Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Other times may be available by appointment.
