Haycock Recycles!

The recycling center is located at the Township  Building,
640 Harrisburg School Road.

The following items are accepted at no charge:

Co-mingled (not separated) includes:

Aluminum Cans
Steel or Tin Cans
Glass Containers
Plastic Containers with a recycling logo

NO window glass, light bulbs, plastic without a logo, car parts, carpets, etc.

The co-mingled is emptied every 10 days, if the bin is full you may stack your bags between
the cardboard and the co-mingled. DO NOT stack on the side with the doors!

We will still be collecting mixed paper as always and this is to be placed in the same container as it always has been. 


We are now collecting corrugated cardboard in a separate container, this is emptied every Wednesday. 
If it is full, please stack between the mixed paper and the cardboard.

Items such as FridgePack soda cartons, cereal boxes and other similar thick paper cartons are NOT cardboard and should be placed in the mixed paper container.

Please, no trash or garbage in the co-mingled container, trash could cause the entire load to be refused and jeopardize the recycling program.

The area is under video surveillance 24/7 and this video is recorded.
